Certified Lagree instructors (or willing to complete training).
Passionate, positive, and team-oriented individuals who thrive in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Someone who LOVES the Lagree method and wants to inspire others to feel the same.
A natural leader who can command a room, keep energy levels high, and help clients push past their limits while prioritizing safe and effective movement.
A team player who helps cultivate a welcoming, encouraging space—for both clients and fellow instructors.
What You’ll Do:
Lead 50-minute Lagree classes that challenge, inspire, and keep clients coming back for more.
Create an inclusive and motivating atmosphere where everyone feels like they’re winning.
Provide hands-on adjustments and modifications to ensure proper form and technique.
Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
Support and contribute to a strong team culture—we want every instructor to feel like family!
